  6. Just visited #HantsCulturalTrust #AssassinsCreed #878AD #WinchesterRevealed
Great fun even though the app for exploring Winchester didn't work on our phones. There was no where near enough archaeology, or enough finds (I think 12 artefacts in total). But the narrative focused on events of 878 was good, & explanation of how game designers had used real stuff and places & artistic licence was great. Live actors were just a bit wierd. Overall worth a visit, but bring a friend with a decent phone!

  12. This is the first autumn in a few years that I haven't been involved in organising #COP or other intense #ClimateChange #ClimateHeritage events. Other than the feeling there is something I should be doing it's a good time to contemplate how effective these things are. Going to try to start my time here with some reflections on #ClimateInertia #ClimateInaction #Maladaptation talking shops, greenwashing and how if we are feeling comfortable we probably haven't properly understood the problems
