What if I told you, #Linux doesn’t just support multiple users — it supports multiple isolated worlds via #namespaces, #cgroups, and #containers.

Since my old #HGST 6TB Deskstar #7200 rpm #NAS drives are dying.
I’m going to upgrade them to #Seagate 24TB #IronWolf pro 7200 rpm NAS HDDs. (#CMR , 512MB Cache, 550TB Endurance, 2.5 million hours MTBF)
So excited to see them in a #ZFS #raidz3 (wondering how long would they last 🙄)
Hopefully they will be as good as the HGSTs
I had a great experience with HGST, the drives continued to work for 9+ years with only 2 failing drives in the past year out of 14 drives.
6TB to 24TB. is a major upgrade 😁 -

I just installed #Fedora35 2 days ago, and I was playing with the #BtrFS #subvolumes and #Snapper (in fact still I am).
And I gotta say this, the system #snapshots and #rollbacks have never been easier.

My son just finished Spiritfarer (I finished it a few years ago) and I was reminded what a wonderful game it is.
If you're not familiar with it, it's a Canadian indie game, and it's basically a management/sandbox game (you need to get things to build things to advance the game). The gaming mechanics are simple and not too repetitive for the most part, but what makes the game magical is the story.
You play Stella, a young woman (and her cat, the cat is playable, although it can't do much beyond cat things) who strikes a deal with Charon. Yes, that Charon. He's ready to retire and he hires Stella to replace him. Her new job is now to ferry dead souls into the afterworld. Not any dead soul, but rather people from Stella's past, starting with her friend Gwen.
I won't tell more. It's a slow game and a slow burn, and the more you play the more you get attached to the characters and understand their past relationships, and telling you more would be spoiling.
Just give it a try if you don't hate management games.
