AI Slop reached the @CrystalLanguage community.
Usually I'm using DDG but I had another session with Google open and I just searched whether #CrystalLanguage has in-built Shell escaping nowadays and the first match was a website for a commercial auth solution.
At first it kinda sounded reasonable but at one point it's coming up with an in-built `Shell.escape`.
I can't remember what I searched but even for other stuff two #aislop websites are higher ranked than the official doc. -
Getting @crystalLanguage up and running wasn't as easy as I'd hoped (mostly because of missing dependencies). So, I've created a #vscode #devcontainer that installs all the dependencies and installs #Crystal on a #containerised #Ubuntu development environment.
This all lives in a repo that also contains copies of the Getting Started examples from the official docs.

The Inertia.js + @CrystalLanguage work is coming along! Check out my latest video showing the prototype in action. Started with a simple 'Fruit Jokes' app rather than PingCRM. Still very experimental but promising!

Currently working on a Inertia.js server-side implementation for @CrystalLanguage with no framework dependencies. Lot of rough edges and features to implement, but looks promising! 😊

I've been trying to figure out how to document operators built with my Crystal Kubernetes client because the types are all generated from the CRD.
It just occurred to me today that K8s CRDs use OpenAPIv3, which supports a `description` property. All I needed to do was use it to write doc comments in the generated code.
