Unsure what to do 🤔... I got a small n20 motor for this "elevator". My space is super limited, so it will fit well in its final position. I'm unsure if I should try something slightly more powerful. I don't have enough room for a counterweight. It's rated to 50ish rpm, maybe I should have tried the 110 rpm version?

After 5 months I finally got our (WA State) ferry display reinstalled in our yard. Completely refurbished with a new motor, track system, and lighting. People can activate it just by pressing the button while they walk by. Just in case you're looking for a little joy or there.

I've stuffed a bunch of stuff into my bike's Panniers (aka saddle bags): large bags of dog food, bird seed, an uncomfortable amount of groceries - just to name a few. Today I added an Alternator for a VW bug.
