@Alex0007 My #GooglePixel 5 battery looked even worse when it needed replacement at the beginning of this year (second time I've had to replace it).
I also stored it (powered off in a metal box) for a while, until I had time for the repair. In the meantime the battery had swollen this badly. Luckily the screen on my #Pixel5 survived the bending without any damage.

I learned today that if you have both a Garmin Edge and a Garmin watch, you can't automatically send heart rate data from the watch to the Edge when you start an activity. Before every ride, you have to manually enable the "Broadcast HR" option in the HR glance settings. This is really inconvenient.

HR monitor ot power meter, and then yes.
The bike does not matter so much, it is merely means to bump. HR up or put some work on the muscles.
I use my #garminEdge for routing and to warn me of too high HR or power during the ride and to record them. The Garmin ecosystem work fairly well for systematic training regardless if I have an event to participate it not.
