@LiveLawIndia So this journalist finally gets bail after 2 years in jail... the only evidence that kept him jail without bail or trial - a $60 bank transfer? And no consequence for the people who brought these trumped up charges?

And really just one example/the tip of the iceberg of the utter ongoing destruction of Indian justice, democracy & journalism in just 10 years under the #fundamentalist oppressive BJP / Narendra #Modiregime

@LiveLawIndia So this journalist finally gets bail after 2 years in jail... the only evidence that kept him jail without bail or trial - a $60 bank transfer? And zero chance the people who brought these trumped up charges, or for the law that allowed this will be fixed?
