I have never been a “run #DnD by the book” guy. In fact, I am skeptical that it is possible, let alone ideal, so I never get too worked up about new rules or editions (or semi-editions like 3.5 or #DnD1). That said, I still have opinions about how I’d love the game rules and spirit to be presented by WotC.
